PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Personnel Management is the function that is concerned with developing and utilizing the manpower resources of a business to an optimum extent in achieving the objectives of the business. It is concerned with people at work and their relationship within an enterprise.

It is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the procurement, development, integration and maintenance of people for the purpose of contributing to the organizational goal.

OBJECTIVES/GOALS
- Create skills in human relations.
-Create an emotional maturity within the workforce.
-Create ability to organize and direct the work of others.
-To help the organization secure the right type of employee.
-To achieve and effective utilization of human resources in the attainment of organizational goals.
